Project Manager

The Role in one paragraph

You own the end-to-end delivery onboarding of customers on the Verity SaaS platform, from requirements gathering to go-live. You sit at the crossroads of product, engineering and customer success, making sure every milestone lands on time and at the right quality bar.

What you'll do

• Define scope, objectives and deliverables with stakeholders
• Build and own detailed project plans, timelines and milestones
• Contribute to requirements gathering, budgeting and planning
• Develop and manage project budgets, flagging risks early
• Serve as the primary stakeholder contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering and CSM
• Run project governance, status reporting and financial health updates
• Anticipate, document and mitigate project risks proactively

What you bring

• 8+ years of PM experience in a SaaS or software environment
• Good understanding of utility or energy business processes is a plus
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, cost control
• Familiar with Agile and Scrum is a nice to have
• Excellent communicator across technical and business stakeholders
• Hands-on mindset
• Customer-centric by nature, with a drive to solve real problems
• Experience working with integration partners is a plus
• Proficient in English and French, Dutch is an asset
• Actively embraces AI tools to work smarter and move faster
